The Colorado Exclusive Buyers Agent Association, in collaboration with Buyer Agent Search just released a series of short videos to educate buyers of real estate about the critical mistakes to avoid when purchasing a home.
There are entirely different strategies that buyer’s agents help their clients employ if it is:
- a strong buyer’s market or
- a strong seller’s market or
- a real estate market where supply and demand are about even.
Market conditions vary over time, neighborhoods, and price points. Buyers agents help their clients assess whether it’s a buyer’s or seller’s market. They then plan out a strategy with their clients which takes into consideration the market condition

A seller’s market occurs when there is not enough inventory of homes for sale to meet the demand, creating multiple offers on desirable properties. However, this trend is flattening out, and in certain locations and price points it is actually more of a buyer’s market.
