The Grand Canyon tops the list of most endangered historic places in the U.S. The Grand Canyon is one of the most well-known natural historic attractions. Little Havana in Miami represents the Cuban-American heritage through its historical buildings and architecture. Today it is at risk due to changes in zoning which will allow more commercial buildings and the lack of protection in place which could significantly change the look and character of the city.
The Factory in West Hollywood is in danger of being torn down to build a 250-room hotel complex along with shops and restaurants.
