The Northwest section of central Florida receives many visitors throughout the year because it is home to so many great cities and wonderful attractions. The amenities and the location’s beauty are also what convince many of those people to become residents. If what one seeks is a place that is positioned conveniently and is known for being as suitable for family as it is for single living, then the city of Wesley Chapel could be the answer.
This city is a prime location to settle into for a number of different reasons. It has something for all types of people, whether singles, couples, families, young, old, middle aged, professional, student or artisan. No matter what one’s lifestyle preferences or situation, there are homes, schools, jobs, activities and amenities that are bound to be appealing.
Warm and sunny is the primary weather condition here all year long, though there are often short bursts of daily rain during the summer which serve to cool the air just a bit. It is considered to be a suburb of Tampa, being just 25 miles north of the major city. Within a short thirty miles one can enjoy historical sites, state parks, wildlife sanctuaries and zoos, entertainment and top shopping areas, major attractions, the beach and all that Orlando has to offer.
Known as one of Pasco County’s most rapidly growing communities, it is also regarded for its above average income per capita. It is very much centered on bringing residents together and the city often hosts monthly breakfasts and mixers, coffee socials, a Fall Festival and many other concerts and special events throughout the year. Homes are available to fit practically any budget.
This area has an amazing number of educational opportunities for all. The ample K-12 facilities are top rated and have an impressive combined rate of high school graduates whether from the charter, private of public formats. Within just fifty miles lie more than 40 quality universities and colleges of either two year, four or specific trade structures and tuition options varied enough to fit the needs of most anyone.
People who enjoy participating in outdoor activities might find the top rated resort style golf courses and tennis courts. Just a few short miles from the city’s center are the NY Yankee’s spring training facility, Steinbrenner Field, home of the Tampa Bay Lightning, The Ice Sports Forum, and the Raymond James football stadium, stomping ground of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Other facilities are also available for a variety of fun opportunities.
Dining, shopping, salons, spas, and theaters are easily accessible and widely diversified in order to appease the preference and needs of the masses. Social opportunities and stimulating nightlife options are readily available, including several local grill and breweries and the famous Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Resort. Zoos, dinosaur adventures, hot air balloon rids, rescue sanctuaries for big cats and exotic birds, museums and amusement parks are also easily accessible.
